Welcome to CrewBooked, a marketing brand operated by Peakr Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and all interactions with our business. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.


1. Services Provided

CrewBooked provides website development, lead generation, and marketing services for contractors, home-service providers, and similar local businesses (“Clients”).

Our services may include:

Website design and hosting

Lead generation and advertising campaigns

CRM setup, appointment booking, workflows, and SMS communications

Marketing strategy and optimization

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for contacting, following up with, and closing leads.

Results depend on your business’s responsiveness and internal processes.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a business is not a good fit for our system or policies.


2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective delivery of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information, including your service area, contact details, and availability.

Follow up with leads promptly and maintain professionalism when communicating with prospects.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business operations.

Cooperate with our onboarding process and provide requested materials (logos, photos, access, etc.).

CrewBooked is not responsible for poor campaign performance resulting from delayed follow-up, inaccurate information, or lack of cooperation.


3. Payment & Refund Policy

A. Payment Terms

Payments must be made before services begin unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

We accept payment by credit/debit card or other approved payment methods.

Chargebacks or failed payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

B. Refund Policy

Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement:

Refunds are not provided if the client fails to follow up with leads, ignores prospects, or does not participate in the process.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Refunds, when applicable, only cover the service fees paid—not ad spend or third-party platform fees.


4. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewBooked (operated by Peakr Media LLC) is not liable for:

Losses resulting from how you handle or fail to handle leads generated.

Platform outages, changes, or issues involving third-party services (e.g., Meta, Google, hosting providers, CRM tools).

Unforeseen changes in market conditions, advertising policies, or economic factors.

Results not being guaranteed due to factors outside our control.

Our liability, if any, is limited strictly to the amount paid for the service in question.


5. Advertising, Data Use & SMS Consent

By using our services, you grant CrewBooked permission to:

Use your business information, service area, and branding in advertising campaigns for lead generation.

Track, analyze, and store performance data through tools like Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.

Send SMS notifications, reminders, and marketing messages (with your consent).

Use anonymized results, statistics, or campaign outcomes for testimonials or case studies unless you opt out.

SMS Consent

By submitting your phone number through any CrewBooked form or scheduling tool, you consent to receive SMS communications from CrewBooked (operated by Peakr Media LLC).

Message frequency varies.

Standard carrier rates may apply.

You can opt out anytime by replying STOP.

You may request data deletion by emailing [email protected].


6. Service Availability & Non-Exclusivity

Unless explicitly stated in a written agreement:

CrewBooked does not guarantee geographic exclusivity.

If exclusivity is offered, it applies only to the specific service package purchased and the defined ZIP codes or service areas.

If exclusivity is included in your agreement:

Once we onboard a client for a protected area, we will not onboard another business offering the same service in that same area.

If your area is unavailable, you may join a waitlist if desired.


7. Termination & Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payments are late, declined, or disputed.

The client engages in unethical behavior or misrepresents their business.

The client violates advertising policies on Meta, Google, or other platforms.

Cooperation or required communication is consistently lacking.

If you choose to cancel:

Written notice must be provided at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for completed or active service periods.


8. Changes to Terms

CrewBooked may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
